OldCastle

OldCastle is a striking Grade II Listed estate, which dates back to the 15th century and is believed to have been the original Colwall village settlement. Set in 50 acres at the foothills of Malvern, it still very much retains all the beauty and charm of its day.

The house has strong cultural and royal ties throughout its history. It is believed that Shakespeare’s protagonist Falstaff was based on Sir John Oldcastle, the Yeoman and famed former owner of OldCastle.

The house and grounds are available to hire exclusively, to give the bride and groom the freedom to host their dream wedding in private and share a weekend with their closest friends and family in one place.

The enchanting venue offers the flexibility to cater for all couples, whether you are looking for a rustic or formal, simple or extravagant, bohemian or glamorous wedding set in our picturesque gardens. They are licensed to hold Weddings, Blessings and Renewal of Vows.
